Yes. After that I decided to get rid of all h2ph generated include
files, and life became much more pleasant.

PS: Probably the best way to deal with this: 

 - Select which files you really need: fcntl.ph, syslog.ph, and just a
   few others?
 - Convert them manually, skipping all unnecessary includes and other
   defines.
 - I dare say the only things of interest are a just few constants...
