There should be a lint program that finds this sort of thing, and we
should be running it regularly on all of the documentation that comes with
Perl.  I'd also like to see it run automatically on all of the
documentation in a module when you do make dist with MakeMaker.  But I
think it's properly a different program than the actual converter.

I could be persuaded I'm wrong, though.
