STOP is when compilation stops.  INIT is when runtime starts.  Maybe
INIT ought to be called START, but somehow that's more confusing than
INIT to my ears.

I'd agree that STOP is not exactly as enlightening as
RUN_WHEN_COMPILATION_STOPS().  If you get any better ideas, let me know.

Also, be sure to look up the archives about picking suitable words for
INIT.  There's a lot of water under the bridge that you seem to be
missing (I don't blame you for it; there's just too much water under
the bridge).
