This is good.  Information about the various phases of Perl is
currently scattered all over the docs.  Bringing them together like
this, in order, is very illustrative.  Problem is its still too
detailed to answer a simple "I don't get it, when do STOP blocks run?"

Something like this, or what Guru has, should go into perlmod and
something like what I submitted should go into perlfaq... umm 7?
