sendmail.net: "Perl installs easily"

Praise from sendmail.net about how easy it is to install
perl (while complaining about how befuddling sendmail
is to configure for the newbie admin):

	Compare this to Perl, the easy install of the 
	open source world. Perl will take a first-timer 
	by the hand, show them where everything goes,
	and then run a whole slew of tests, just to make 
	sure the important bits are in the right places. 
	Sometimes, when there's nothing else going on,
	Perl will sneak off to test itself again. 

	That's a key difference in attitude. Rather than 
	mumbling a complaint into a log or silently fuming 
	at a first-timer's bumbling - which inevitably leads 
	to trouble later on - Perl bends over backwards to help
	the inexperienced admin manage the installation 
	successfully - the right way, the first time.
