pmtools download broken

Something I've been meaning to ask for some time:

The gzip file of the pmtools at
http://language.perl.com/misc/pmtools-1.00.tar.gz is broken and has been
for some time.

Tom, could you please replace it with a working gzip, or is there another
location from which to download the pmtools?
