I don't have it to hand, but I'd like to see applied the patch that
fixes the problem wherein regexp flags can spill out one character
beyond their correct scope. A couple of times this has caused me
problems when attempting to build up complex regexps from smaller
qr//'d fragments.

I'm sure I did a version for 5.005_03; let me know if you want me to
dig it out and brush it off.
