perlbug and mail to submitter

Hi,

I didn't see my bug report of a few hours ago returned to me via p5p. I
did however catch it in my "duplicate" folder that I let procmail keep
based on message id.

Now Tom just reposted a message that he didn't see, but at least I did,
so this may be a structural problem.

Could it be that the acknowledgement message from perlbug retains the
message-id of the report? I deleted the thing, so I can't check.
